Dude, there is no other map that give results even close to the accuracy as google maps... it's such a impossible tasks to map the entire world, the issue is, it's such a relable tech that, almost all cases people who are in trouble because they belived gmap even more than thier instincts or common sense and so mostly their fault, i wouldn't trust my old paper map a bit

Google maps almost got me killed one time a few years back. I put in an address of job I was looking for and when I got there an old lady came out of her house with a shotgun yelling "Who the hell are you!" "Get off my property!". I mean I don't blame her for being a bit on edge when you're not expecting people you don't know but still like WTF. So anyways I apologized and told her I have the wrong job address and so I immediately got out of there and left. Turns out some addresses don't work too well in that area so I had to find the job by voice directions and landmarks. Very scary experience.

I used to use google maps while finding a way to back home. That time my aunt is driving a Proton Saga car. Me and my aunt use google maps and thought it was a good idea until... We need to accross a small brodge that was only for motorcycle and small car. We forcedly use it and my anxiety rised when i see under a talll small bridge with a deep river. But fortunately, we did it and some villager riding motorcycle seem mad to us for using the small bridge. I never trust with google maps ever again

What was worse, is that google maps used the broken bridge navigation for 9 years, the bridge was broken for 9 years and google maps used it still. Even today! There was a similar incident with a woman, her young son, and their dog. They were going camping and they had to pass through Death Valley, California. Google maps sent them down a an old trail that wasn’t actually supposed to be used. The result was the car’s tires getting damaged, them becoming stranded for days without cell service, and by time the rescue team found them the boy was dead and the mom and dog were just hours away from joining him.
