5:00 I loved the sci-fi blend they introduced in that scene! I loved it with Lucien and liked that they kept the thread going here with Keelin. Some people didn’t like the magic getting science-y, but i thought it was awesome!! 12:15 oh dang, id never made that connection to Eva’s bird. 30:35 yeah, I think the word you were looking for is “equivalent” because alchemy is to magic what chemistry is to science. I liked your thinking here.

What happened to the baby (Vincent’s) was stated but what wasn't known (at least to Vincent) was if he was the one who killed the baby through the purification ritual he did on his wife or if his wife had sacrificed the baby before that.
