In this video you can see the Timesavers 42 RB Series in the pre-grinding process, as well as in use for edge rounding. In addition, the workpiece is finally finish-grinded at the last station. For the pre-grinding, abrasive cloth belts with grit sizes 80 and 120 are used on two abrasive belt aggregates.
The edges of the workpiece are then rounded with eight deburring rollers. Finally, the workpiece passes through a last belt unit equipped with a non-woven abrasive belt. Here, a matt finish is achieved on the workpiece.

Das Entgraten und Kantenverrunden erfolgt durch flexible abrasive Werkzeuge mit hoher Anpassungsfähigkeit an Innen- und Außenkonturen wie Radien, Bohrungen und Ausschnitte. Eingesetzt werden die entsprechenden Entgratteller, Entgratwalzen, Entgratblöcke und Entgratbürsten auf Handmaschinen sowie Schleif- und Entgratmaschinen. Letztere verfügen beispielsweise über Planetenkopfsysteme oder oszillierende Aggregate zur gleichmäßigen Bearbeitung der Kanten.

Deburring and edge rounding is carried out using flexible abrasive tools with a high degree of adaptability to internal and external contours such as radii, bores and cut-outs. The corresponding deburring discs, deburring rollers, deburring blocks and deburring brushes are used on manual machines as well as grinding and deburring machines. The latter have, for example, planetary head systems or oscillating units for uniform processing of the edges.
