I guess I 1st listened to Indian ocean in Bangalore at Unmad 2001 (IIM Bangalore), they started with Khajuraho, I can still feel that sound ghananan ghanan .. after that I have seen more than 10 times in different cities, last was again in Bangalore , honestly I do miss Asheem da, you guys are always amazing and will be my favourite rest of my life..keep rocking

Mine first live with them was at IIM A - Chaos 2001, and they did start with Khajurao and also narrated the story of how they had to perform it in from of President of India and they were asked to omit few words which were like indecent as per Indian Govt officials to be sung in front of a president. The whole crowd went screaming hhhhaaaaaawwwwwwwww !!! chiiiiiiiii. Asheem Da will be missed today and ever

Kandisa - album , first time heard in London way back in 2000 .... suddenly seems like the group disappeared ! They had a gig in London and Edinburgh around 2000 - 01 . Later on frequently in Edinburgh fringe festival. Listening to this music sitting in Regents park after so many years . Awesome .

Still remember hearing them for the first time in 2001, while working in office post 10 PM. Love at first sound byte. God knows what they were on, when they made this; but this album is divine and Kandisa is a crowning jewel. Just astonished with the musical arrangement and pure rhythmic magic.
