This interview changed my perspective about Mr. Omar. In 2017, I visited IIIM Jammu and meet with a very high ranking official there, he told me that he like Mr Omar as CM because of knowledge, efficiency and quick decision making. I surprised because I thought the current 2017 J&K Govt. backed by BJP is more efficient than any of the previous J&K governments (the perception was made by the Media, back then I usually believe what Media is showing). Not going into right or wrong, as not an expert on J&K, but this interview is a clear proof to me that he is intelligent and smart. If that is considered then there will at least 121 countries in India. There will be lot of enmity and hostility in between each country and whole region will become backward and suffer. By your logic Sindh, Baloch, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should also get independence. So this dividing will further weaken the whole region and will increase the power of other countries who are fuelling this divide. For eg Turkey, China and maybe Iran too. China will be very happy by seeing south Asia being balkanized. They will be able to exert more influence in the region. One more thing is religion, language, ethnicity divides people. If You see people as a humans then you will not try to divide.
