Thanks. It's overpriced, but still very unique. Sci-fi film watches are my weakness.

Little brother James, it's good to see you. Sorry, I've been busy w/ life. I'm digging the Regeneron T100, in 42mm. The dial on that one, is amazing, IMHO. I have that same generation of the Regeneron, in 42mm, but all silvertone, and w/ the NE57 "Power-Reserve." Love that one. My only complaint, is it's a bit thicker than I'd like, but that's it. There's always going to be something, right?? Diggin the Timex "Camper." That's the first time that I've ever seen upside down numerals, and that indiglo is a very cool touch. A piece doesn't have to be a "spec-monster," to be cool. Ya know what my thing has been for the last month, or so now??? My Pagani Design PD-1692, "Explorer" homage, in 39mm. Honest to God, this watch has made me wonder, if I even need any other watches in my collection. $115 USD, shipped to the door (Amazon Prime). A simple "time-only" piece....everything you need, and nothing you don't. It's all I can do, to take the thing off of my wrist for a few hours, and wear something else. The 'flip-lock, oyster-clasp,' w/ the EZ-link extension system, is really quite impressive. Pagani have also come out w/ homage models to the "Air-King," the "Milgauss," the "Black-Bay 36," and a "Vintage Air-King," w/a PT5000 movement for $165. The first 2, I can definitely recommend, as the case and bracelet, are the same as the "Explorer." Well, I'm OMW to the next video of yours. Thanks for sharing this one w/ everyone. Really enjoyed it. All the best to you, James....

I normally wouldn't buy a Timex but couldn't resist the upside down numerals. Band is awful and the case feels fragile. I collect odd watches regardless of price and this one fits in nicely.

Dude how come you don’t comment about the watch quality? The band is complete crap. I ordered it and was so disappointed.
@WatchCollectorsGuild2 жыл бұрын
My bad. My last Timex was pretty much the same in terms of materials, but this one is overpriced. I'm into the upside down numerals and the indiglo image though, really the only reason I bought it.

The only thing that annoys me about this watch, is that they didn't show the date. The movement is the same as the standard Camper. It even has the date crown setting. You actually need to pull the crown out two notches to set the time ...
@WatchCollectorsGuild2 жыл бұрын
A phantom date, yeah it's weird when watch makers do that. Have you had an issue with the indigo losing most of its power right away?
@jameselkins89812 жыл бұрын
Aye, the band is absolute shit, case feels like cheap plastic. Definitely not worth the $90
@WatchCollectorsGuild2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, overpaid for the design. The numerals and indiglo image are why I'm into it though.
