Great video. Thanks, Ben! Something I found useful when applying your tips was to add a CarbonImmutable version of each of your macros.

Yes! I didn't want to get into CarbonImmutable but it's my preference when working with Carbon. I once stored a Carbon object in a config, then did some subWeek calls on it throughout the page render. Took me a minute to realize why my config kept changing 🤦♂️

If we should left the default timezone Laravel to UTC, then what should be the default timezone on server (VM)? Should it be UTC or depends what we wanted? In my case, I lived in Hamburg, Germany.

Hey how can I fetch data based on the user timezone instead of laravel default timezone i.e UTC in eloquent model?

Very informative video, but i want to use it in columns in datatable, like how we convert created_at while making datatable columns.

How to trigger notifications based on the users time zone?

I tried this. Is this only noticable in tinker as shown in the video? Because i tried it in controller returning created_at but it doesn't work, but it does work in tinker, or i missing something Edit: dd() show expected time (other timezone), Return show time in UTC (default). Is this correct behavior?
