Sir, Some clarification on donation on every Amavasya. 1) can I donate rice , sugar and milk to poor people seating outside Temple because Temple people are not accepting ? 2) Should I donate above items in morning or after sunset?

I know it is a little too late, but just in case you are still looking for clarification, here you go - 1. Donations (or Daan) should be done in the morning hours preferably before 11:00 or 11:30 am. This is preferable for best results. If you cannot, for whatever reason. only then do it in the evening. 2. Donations have different aspects and the person to whom you are donating is as important as the item and the place of the donation. Some donations have to be made to the priest, some to temples, some to other people such as sweepers, beggars, and sometimes to our domestic servants. So, depending on what you want, the donation requirements also change. These are remedies for specific problems and therefore mandate specific requirements. General donations with no specific objective can be made to anyone at any time. These are only for good karma and are always advisable.

Like my Indu lagna point is 6.14 degree in Sagittarius and Venus is 8.2 degree in adra so aspect wise it’s fully aspecting that point of Indu lagna but in sarvotbhagha chakra it’s aspect is not showing as it takes mrigshira nakshatra for aspect.
