The IAC needs to be between 2 and 10 percent according to my instructions. It shows 100% in the video. Once I adjusted my IAC to 6 percent the idle was easy to adjust.

Great video. But sounds like the guy who is helping you doesn't really know what he's doing. To set idle the screw must be adjusted to get iac to stay between 2-7. I know it's already swapped just wanted to help some. I have a sniper on my caprice it's a bad bitch. Check my vids if u get curious

I noticed your iac position is at 100 you need that around 0 to 5%
