I've been dollar cost averaging the small amounts of money I actually had to invest, because I never had a lump sum to put in in the first place, for a while. But I had a rule that I was going to stop dollar cost averaging on any day that the price was above 100K. So it hasn't been as low as it was today since November 20th and I did a little back of the napkin, math & made-up for every DCA that I would've missed since November...we call that a fire sale, my friends...in the midst of all of this blood, FUD & panicking selling, we must maintain the stoic resilience to move contrary to the whims of the market so that we may profit from the overreactions.

I keep hearing you say you're trying to figure out how the human brain works and why people "hate" Musk (BTW I don't think most of us hate him, I don't), but in case this helps, we don't avoid investing in Tesla because of what we are thinking or that it isn't a good investment opportunity, it's simply because his behavior doesn't match the morals and values we believe in. And his behavior may always put a cap on the company's success is something worth considering in terms of valuation.

Huge respect to James, and the work he puts in, but he's been missing more than hitting lately. The permabull glasses have been clouding his judgement of some very concerning short to medium term macro signs. Ben Cowen was warning about this drop to 90k and possibly lower to 80k while James and company were screaming for higher targets. 2 days ago alone he was saying "maximum 99k for muh market makers to hunt and take out the 101,750k liquidation level. *I'll say it live, this is the bottom or close to it*". Yes while it's NFA, just imagine trading on that claim.. Market is clearly spooked by the tariffs and BOJ raising rates. Even from a cyclical view, post election year usually sees sell offs and 20-30% corrections before we grind higher in Q3. I get it, James plays the long game, and nobody likes Ben and his TA, but you have to admit one has gotten things more correct than the other.
