46:18 interesting answer to 'why is the web free?', the internet becomes more valuable and itself benefits the larger it grows, applying a fee would inevitably cause splintering as some would choose to create and use private free internet servers

He got that right; "there has to be standards" while developing anything regardless a language or a car, for example. He discusses 2115 effectively. I can go to Bangladesh and buy burlap and towels through the semantic web.
