Great job Anthony, it really sells the scene. I think the weathering looks great, but like a true artist, you're never satisfied with your own work. I think the difference in brick and concrete colors are very realistic. At least around here, you often see structures like that.

That's fantastic Anthony!! Is the part with the stack supposed to be the steam plant/powerhouse? The difference in the brick is realistic, I think. Bricks from different areas were used, then masonry work was done to different places at different times. Like the greenery on the sides! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍😊

the different color brick is actually pretty realistic. big complexes like that are rarely built all at once and usually represent years of additions and modifications and infill structures. it's impossible to match finishes - especially those that have been out in the elements. those different color bricks add more of a story to the structure and it looks really cool.

Anthony you have really taken things to the next level with this structure and it really is making a nice statement on your layout. I like the direction you are going with the vines. Maybe consider giving them a bit of a haircut with some small scissors. This will provide a little more variation as well as provide a more scale appearance.
@georgiasunbelt4 ай бұрын
thanks a lot Dave…I’ll consider the trimming job…have some other pics of heavily overgrown structures; unless you mean the scale of the vines themselves…not much I can do about that…appreciate the compliments and support
