I would cut the guard down to a few inches it works almost as well as it does off and gives you a little extra safety. But either way that lil mower is a beast.

At last ! Someone who cuts lawns in a logical way so as to make sure you don’t miss a section and even more impressive is that you pick up the cuttings and put them in an allocated bin . My slight OCD can relax . I have watched American videos done by gardeners or lawn maintenance guys who put out their videos , I presume to advertise their business. For me I would have to stop watching as they haphazardly mow like they are blind . There is no plan ,they just go wherever the wind takes them and after doing lots of circles and zigzags leaving a lot of tufts . Next with their new sponsor donated tiniest strimmer , they get all edges done but they then blow all cuttings back on to the lawn and and go over it once more and then leave it there.. Worse than that is what I call ‘find my garden ‘ videos . It must be very satisfying to do a make over but with so much overgrowth you’d think they would make it more impressive if they took all the rubbish which included cutback from the trees and hedges but it seems mulching is the new trend . Maybe it’s just me . Suffice to say I was so impressed with the finished results at the end of this as I’m sure the owner was .

With all the poison spiders you have in Australia, that creeped me out. But we do have the most poisonous spider in the world here in Central America. It is said that you have 10 minutes to get to the nearest hospital or become gone. Lawn looks great.

Love watching your yard make overs, battery v gas.... battery stuff for small city yards, NOT for commercial applications. Average run time maybe 90 minutes, then recharge or swap out battery.....

When by back doctor put me on a 10 pound lift limit I bet the people in walmart thought I was crazy. I went and got a bathroom scale and took it to where the weed eaters were. If the box weight 15 pounds it was a contender for me to use. I figured the packing material weighed 5 pounds. All I had to figure out then way power and battery life. I’ve had the same weed eater for almost 10 years. Guess I made the right choice. My daughter mows and I do the weed eating.

The pride is in the detail. Walk the job at at the end with a snipper and look for standing soldiers. All must be cut down. Blowing from behind obstacles. You would not believe how much this counts with the customer. Don't make them your friend. Make them love your work ethic. Always give them the lagniappe. That little bit extra that surprises them. Especially that tiny piece between their neighbors driveway and the property line. Within reason. Great video. Thanks for taking the time for us.

battery power is way to go. I use milwaukee quik lok with 12.o ah battery. more power than my comercial husky 223 and last longer than a tank of gas
