Doc is in denial about the aim assist not being as OP as everyone thinks it is. I’m loving it. The two people I like watching get on average double digit kills are struggling just to get 10. It’s not as strong as others think. This stream is only helping that point. Still enjoying the content though, the anger and rage is great with these two playing together.

It’s all about experience, Doc went in there fully confident that the assist would do everything and was getting his butt kicked even after restarting his game. Everyone seems to think the aim assist is over powered but yet two at least above average if not great pc cod players are struggling just to get above 10 kills. I have noticed it’s weaker on warzone than normal multiplayer (team deathmatch and what not) but even then you have to put in work and skill to be great on both platforms.

I switch back and forth between both controller and kbm overall it's about the same for me just slightly different play styles, on controller I'm better at killing multiple enemies at once in a squad fight. But on KBM I'm better at solo fights mid range to long distance. Im by no means insane at any game I'm average at everything. But I always end up with the same amount of kills and damage with both but I get into fights differently if that makes sense.

I feel like the only issue people can be seen from docs last few games yesterday. People have issue with the way rotational aim-assist carries your aim ( of course, i dont mean that he doesnt move his stick to aim along with the aim-assist). I've seen how doc plays and i've seen how he reacts during a fight. Even though he is struggling to operate due to not having much recent experience with controller, he is getting more kills than usual with less effort than compared to when he is on mouse( doesnt mean no effort though).

I mean, from mouse to analog stick, you're taking more precise movements on a massive plane that you make with your arm, wrist, and fingers and minimizing it into the directional movement of an analog stick using solely your thumb. I wish people would stop about the aim assist because it hasn't been an issue for many years and it's certainly required to allow for assistance with more precise movements that you would get with a mouse.

It's been a big issue since day one. You can get precise movements without aim assist, it's called practice. I've been using analog sticks for 30+ years. Aim Assist is for the weak who want instant satisfaction instead of putting the work needed to hone that skill. Makes for selling virtual content wonderful as all players feel rewarded but "You ain't shit without your aim assist". So when you hope into a game where aim assist doesn't exist you're fucked. So keep fooling yourself but you're only hurting your own ability to grow, no body elses.

Being someone who plays on ps4 console with a standard controller i think that this was a real eye opener for aim assist and that its actually not over powered at all in fact its buggy lol. The ppl who really have an advantage is pc players over console, the speed, fov, ping differences, frame rates, filters, 180+degree snaps, etc yet ppl bitch about aim assist when really thats just an excuse to cling onto when they lose a gun fight. So before you start a game you should play some background music or some kind of noice so people don’t hear when you press start on trios duos quads ect. When you start the game we can hear it so we know when you start it so stream snipers automatically start it once they hear that sound. Only way you get that kill while stunned is if your already aiming in the direction they are or lane predict which direction they are going and try to adapt…. Aim assist just isn't that strong it only slows down your aim when close to a target. Which is necessary when you have to run high sense to be competitive. Also if two players cross that's the time aim assist is most noticeable cause it'll bug and pull you off target.
