I suffer from the same dizzy spells as well and it’s actually caused by a low water and salt intake and can also be increased if you have any LED or bright lights in your room that can bother your eyes while streaming. It’s also referred to as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Tim I get the same thing. The vertigo, it’s almost liked everything is bouncing side to side really fast and you get dizzy, feels like your eyeballs are moving side to side. It hasn’t happened to me in a few months since I quit playing video games. I think video games can trigger it, I doubt anything is wrong with your brain it's just your eyes becoming over stimulated and wanting rest basically. Don't stress, it can only make it worse. The brain is a powerful tool.

Worth having it checked out if it persists… it’s a very common symptom of hypertension (and there aren’t many)… usually when something like this happens, it’s your body telling you somethings wrong. Always worth getting checked out to be on the safe side.

for timmy: vertigo can range from person to person but typically is described as being dizzy, feeling nauseous, loss of hearing, spinning sensation, difficult with balancing, inability to concentrate, abnormal eye movements, ringing sound in the ears, changes in blood pressure. it can range in causes from inner ear problems or cervical injuries..allergies make sense cuz it’s technically your body attempting to fight off what it perceives as an attack (it triggers histamines) and central vertigo is caused by infections but mostly relating to the brain. they might not be having vertigo and just don’t think to clear their sinuses but typically vertigo is a symptom of a more serious issue like Ménière’s disease or vestibular neuronitis.

If your having issues with vertigo, there is a wrist band that like pulses your wrist and can help with it and you wont get it

@timthetatman Vertigo can happen with ear pods and headphones. while rare i have had it happen too. It has something to do with moister and the pressure on the ear, especially over a long period. It was crazy i had one ear pod on and after an hour my ear was sweating. I pulled it out to rest from it and I leaned back and slowly the room went spinning. May not be what you experienced but sounded familiar.

Could be dehydrated mixed with something else. 2 weeks ago i woke up at 6pm after a night shift, sat up in my bed and everything was spinning, couldn't sit up or stand. had to call an ambulance bcuz it was still happening over an hour later. BP was dropping when ever I stood up. after a few hours of laying down and they put an IV in for some hydration I felt fine. all tests came up normal, doc said sometimes people just randomly get vertigo and it could last a few seconds to hours if not days.
