They do a ban wave of 60k people to literally only scratch the surface, then make it painfully obvious 2-3 days later when cheaters wait out an update to their provider so they can go right back to doing this with the old accounts with high levels. Only the stupid ones who proceed to play when they are detected getting banned. The rest take a break and come back when it's business as usual.
