M4 looking awesome Tim. I had Vpex do a custom retrim on my bmw steering wheel. They’re so much more comfortable than factory. Freshens up the interior. I really like your Sparco race seats and harnesses. Great content. Keep going. We luvvvv it.

Loads more coming dude! I did a video doing it on my m240i not too long ago, hence why I didn’t want to film another of the same

@@TimWilliamsHD I know mate loved that video, watching your M140i build was the reason I bought one and have never looked back since. Now looking at possibly a Mk5 Supra soon

Tim, how do you find the initial bite of the Bluestuff? I had ds2500 before on m135i and now went bluestuff on M2 and I don’t think they have the bite of ds2500.
@TimWilliamsHD Жыл бұрын
Hi dude, I’d say blue stuff are better and bite harder for longer than a ds25 when warm but yes the ds25 did feel more aggressive earlier than the ds25..I guess with the road legal side the ds25 can be as aggressive as they want as they’re not Road legal as opposed to the blue which are? Not sure how much that contributes to how the compound works but could be the reason…

Thanks Tim. Crank hub question. If the S55 has this crank Hub problem, shouldn't BMW be offering a recall to resolve this costly fix. It doesn't seem fair that people are purchasing these cars, then to have to spend £2k to fix the crank hub
@TimWilliamsHD Жыл бұрын
Great question, I believe it would be covered under warranty if the car is under warranty however, there isn’t a fix so they would just replace the part with a like for like part meaning it could potentially spin again
@NoRRis1729 Жыл бұрын
@TimWilliamsHD thanks Tim for the reply. One more question. So why are BMW not offering an upgraded crank Hub? Like the ones William performance are offering etc. Knowing full well, if they replace the faulty one with a new one but same part. The same thing is going to happen again further down the line. The reason I ask, is that I have just move from a M140i Stage 1 to a M2 OG (similar to the one you had) after spending £££on the car, I don't want to really have spend £2k on a crank Hub upgrade
@TimWilliamsHD Жыл бұрын
M2OG has no issues bud it’s only the s55! Haha yours has the n55 which has yet to spin a crankhub unless you had over 900BHP, nothing to worry about in your case :)

I have an OG M2 with M performance coilovers, RP1 pads. How do you feel the M4 compares with the OG M2 Tim ? Great content btw !
@TimWilliamsHD Жыл бұрын
Night and day mate, feels more powerful obviously but obviously feels bigger which makes the drive totally different…I’d choose m4 over OG m2 any day..
