Excellent advice. Worked a treat. On yours, you have a digital speed in the menu options. Mine doesn't have that. Any ideas? I have a Prime 2016.

Hi there this is completely not related but I’m having so many issues with it connecting to my iPhone via Bluetooth - it’s recently had a software update at Mercedes and since then it’s come out of warranty. My cars clock is always set to 00:00 when I turn the engine and it resets to the correct time. I just wondered if I was to reset the media system what information I would lose as some times I can’t even access the menu screens to select options for the phone it’s just a black screen... help!! Any help would be appreciated :)

you will lose the radio stations and that's it mate...deffo software update is wrong, you can download onto usb from their site and do it yourself...I had clock issue too.. Sub and like! TW

Tim Williams hi Tim, I've noticed my engine light is on when I turn my ignition on but not my engine. So this is normal and there isn't any issues there? Only noticed it today and it's worried me!
