Hello, how can I find the stability factor in TINA TI for a positive voltage regulator ? I can not find the function as in other programs such as LTSpice ,Pspice and my whole project is made in TINA with the deadline in 3.5 hours . Thank you in advance for any response!

Do you happen to know why TINA TI might give a "Circuit is empty" error message when trying to run a similar circuit?

"Circuit is Empty" occurs when you don't have any components, in other words, a blank schematic.
