for American viewers who liked Sailor Moon _please_ check out the original, uncut, subbed version. the American series was heavily edited so it was more lighthearted, but Sailor Moon is actually less of a ditz and there's a lot heavier material in the original anime.

You’re not just paying for their artwork. You’re also paying overhead costs. How much it costs them to pay the bills (water, heat, electricity, gas) and rent the property. The more expensive the area is, the higher the cost will be to do business.
@Kiimchiii4 жыл бұрын
A tip for getting good nail art done at a reasonable price: never go to a nail salon. Find a local nail artist who has her own studio. When you go to a nail salon, you're not only paying for the nail technician, you're also paying for all the salon lights, cleaners, receptionist etc. Find a nail artist that fits your aesthetic, and don't go in showing your inspiration nail art from instagram. Nail techs are artists too, and they have their own art style they're most comfortable in.

@@MariaD.L. I don’t get my nails done often and wanted to try something different aside from the usual acrylic. This place is located in uptown so I assume their rent probably cost a lot because they charge for everythinggggg. "Each customer gets their own file" Wait- is this not customary for nail salons anyway? It's so unhygienic to reuse files and toe guards between clients! I hope they keep doing this. If they stop doing this after the pandemic- ew LOL

Typically they just clean and sanitize the nail files in between customers so that they’re hygienic but not a waste of product!
@BreannaBaozi4 жыл бұрын
@@sarahm8829 I still wouldn't trust reusable files. I always requested a new disposable one because files can sometimes draw blood if the tech isn't experienced enough.
