Can't bring myself to watch this channel anymore. The way you handled the Black Lives Matter movement was so lacking. Especially with the platform you've built and the braiding videos you've done, it was just...sad. You can make videos about eating black food and painting your nails, but not wholeheartedly address the real issues that some of your viewers have to face. Especially coming from Australia, which is known for its mistreatment of black and aboriginal peoples. You could've done so much better.

You SHOULD eat breakfast. Actually you should eat more breakfast and less lunch and dinner especially if you want to lose weight because then your body has more waking time to digest food. If you're not hungry in the morning I suggest trying to adjust your bodie's eating schedule by eating breakfast (even if you don't feel like it) and eating less at night so your body starts to expect food in the morning. If you want to try intermitent fasting (which I don't recommend) skip dinner, not breakfast.
