!!! IMPORTANT !!! Samyang spicy noodles are so yummy and spicy! BUT do not eat them regularly guys! You stomach & trachea lining can slowly start to thin out and you won't notice at first but in a few years, even in months, you'd start having stomach pains and might end up with cancer in there. Eat those rarely okay? Especially NOT on an empty stomach. Eat it with meat and carbs to ease up the stomach acids and digestion.

Major tips on how to cope with spicy foods: DONT DRINK COLD WATER (ohmygod this makes everything 10x worse) DONT DRINK CARBONATED DRINKS(dont get me started on this one) DONT SLURP TOO MUCH (somehow more air makes it worse) DO EAT CHOCOLATE DO DRINK LUKEWARM WATER! this is how i cope with the fire noodle :) hope it helps (do share how u cope with spicy foods !)

I have a trick I use, if it gets really spicy I take warm water (boiling water + normal temp water) and drink it. It will hurt at first but after drinking and gargling it (I will scream to get the nerves out first so...), then I drink cold water, then my mouth is back to normal.
