The rug is so pretty! I love the paint job you did for each "tile".😊 Candle making tip, as someone who has been making candles and selling them for over 10 years, I highly recommend melting your wax using the double boiler method on the stove every time. Even if you don't have a thermometer to check the temp for adding your fragrance or dyes at the optimal temp, it'll at least help you get closer the proper temp in the best amount of time. Wax warmers are designed to get to a certain temp to melt the wax to emit fragrance, but it's not necessarily intended to melt wax for making candles. I hope this helps for future candle making ideas you get. Your candles came out very cute.

had to pause to say that i'm glad you've had a positive experience with lasik and i really truly genuinely hope that you have no negative side effects, they can be excruciatingly painful and unbearable. i trust that you went into the surgery knowing the full risks, but i still worry/cringe every time i hear about someone getting lasik.

So nice DIYs . Love them all! I will try to redo them. I mix my colours usually with medium when I paint different surfaces . For textiles I use textile medium or wax medium for candles. Mostly it is one part paint and one part medium. But then I can wash the painted textiles and the colour at the candle melts better down. It’s not too expensive and the results worth it.

Hi Tina! 🙋🏻‍♀️❤️✨ Love the rug. So pretty!!! ❤️💖✨ I recently got a new quilt for my bed. It's a faux patchwork with each square in florals, paisleys and stripes. The color palette has dark red, bright red, salmon pink, cream with sage green and beige accents. So loving it! 🤩 🎉 Candles are always a good choice! They turned out so cute. 🕯️🍊 I remember you making the wreath, but not how it turned out. (I'll have to go back and look). Oh gosh Tina I really love that rug it is so beautiful and very creative. That wreath is so pretty. So cool you made those candles, I love those pumpkin shaped candles and then painted they are so beautiful. I also love your fall decor, I use some of those leaf garlands I do have some that I keep year round but love the beautiful fall color of those too. Tina I loved seeing all of your DIYs you are so great at doing these projects. I am going to get started on my fall decor, I have a paper mache pumpkin that I am going to paint it for some fall decor. So great you have your vision back, I know that my vision became nearsideness, but for some funny reason as I started to get older my vision became clearer and I don't have to use my glasses to see that far anymore, I do ocasionally wear them when I am driving but still can see so much farther than I use to be able to and don't wear contacts anymore. Unfortunately, my glasses have already been broken for many years and are over 10 years old. They were on their last leg as it was, so I was not mad about it! I will look to see if I can donate the lens though, thank you!
