Mostly nothing. It absorbs the flavors or whatever food/sauces you cook it with.

@@kell0125 well all I can suggest is if you do, try it a couple of times, different ways, to see if you like it, before you decide. You might like it one way and hate it another and it depends on if it's good tofu that's used or what kind. But it can be delicious. And I'm not even a vegetarian I just actually like tofu sometimes. Best of luck if you do try it. 😊
