This happened to me as well. Handed my card, got notification on my bank app I just paid like £400. Immediately I told the waiter to put my money back as a refund. Made a scene as I recognised what was happening. I called the police straight away and told them I would be calling the British embassy as I was being threatened with financial harm and emotional harm. Made a huge scene. Ended up with manager coming and giving me my money back as cash. Moral of story, don’t fall for this scam folks if you do please stand up for yourself.

Shit, I got scammed in the very same shabby coffee shop / bar near the Gallery Mall in Sweifiyeh. I immediately recognized it from the video, and confirmed it from the Google Maps coordinates. The girl who scammed me was a different girl though. She was physically flirty, just like you described. The bitch was drinking well before I arrived, and I ended up paying for my 1 fruit juice and for her alcoholic drinks from before I arrived. I was very creeped out, and I didn't want to cause a scene by insisting to just pay for my juice, so I ended up paying the whole bill. I was furious. Kudos to you, man, for just paying for your own portion. Did you end up reporting the place?
