I’m actually looking to look into this as it is possible the only form of accommodation we can afford since my partner is unable to continue working due to his spine degenerate issue. What would you suggest? Can we get finance?

Finance on a Lodge can be a thing but the interest rates would not be in your favour if it’s not a FULL RESIDENTIAL site. Anything outside of FULL RESIDENTIAL is classed as a Holiday home and because of value loss over the years you will find it hard to get a loan. They are a “second home” and you will need a full RESIDENTIAL address to give the Site owner when you purchase one.

We love our 2019 Addington. It’s a shame they went, but they’re not the first and won’t be the last. The park operators are a bigger problem in the industry than the manufacturers! Hidden costs, no maintenance on the site. Bully tactics to residents!

I guess that’s true with the majority but our Site owner is very fair and does listen. Local Councils are the biggest hypocrites. As regards Tingdene going I think they deserved it as they simply never changed! Thanks for the input!
