​@@claudiaelaine4104 The scratching cause it also works with my eyes closed. Not necessarily tingly btw but extremely relaxing like nothing I ever experienced. Something about the sounds being very obvious but used sparsely with a lot of silence in between. Same with her voice. She doesn't say much, but enough to remind you that she's there. Almost as if my girlfriend was trying to pamper me but is starting to fall asleep herself or that she's purposely slowing down to allow me to fall asleep.

The crinkly sponge gave me intense full body tingles, all the scratching ones were localized on my head corresponding to the area where the sound came from.

Have you ever thought about using books to scratch on? Textured books and more! Here’s a recommendation list ( because you’re my favorite ASMR you tuber and you scratching videos are what won me over ❤️❤️💓) Items you should really experiment with when scratching : Books Bags ( purses, wallets, fabricated, zipper sounds, ) MORE RASTER💓💓 scratch it with various items!!! Like your scissors and wooden stick! But maybe even with a fork of another wooden object? Shoes More zipper sounding objects, like canvases And that’s pretty much all I can think of! Tysm if you see this and actually consider it!!!!!
