One of my goals once I launch and grow my company is to go and visit all these losers in jail. Losers because they took the short way and caused a ton of financial damage. If it was up to me, I would make them pay even with their lives. Why don't people realize that the worst part about this is how people perceive what people from Nigeria are about. Not only that, but his kids and extended family, going through life as scammers. These buck stops with this guy, and he should pay the full price. This is ridiculous.

Look,US has done the proper investigation and the company does not pass the mustard seed. You cannot go through Nasdaq asking proper questions,they couldn’t pass audit[ very rigorous] because their documents will never align with the standards of organization that operate at the level for which Tiago was presenting. A Tier 9 company masquerading as what its not. Dropping names Deloitte, terms like ”mergers” because the average Nigerian does not understand. Most Nigerian companies are fictitious with fictitious characters masquerading as business owners. How can you be President/CEO or whatever and you haven’t been part of the company for 7yrs yet you’re hear speaking the entity. Yes the structure is confusing because it is. I agree that wat he was saying was very confusing, this was likely a stock scam. From my understanding, he tried listing into nyse and was denied due to lack of due diligence. Why did he want to list in order to do ipo, initial public offering as public traded company. The company underwriter, an investment firm will guarantee price point per share of offered shares for the company to generate capital. For legit companies, this money doesn't belong to the shareholders but to the company to expand their businesses. I suspect there was no business so if it had work, the inventors would have been defrauded. Since this private registered company failed to become public traded company in nyse exchange, a plan was created to use the private company to buy an already public traded company which they can take the structure of this public traded company for themselves to start answering public traded entity. The company they bought i think he said was iwire, this is definitely a shell corporation too. The new company formed tango inc was being traded in otc, over the count exchange ie penny stocks. Most who trade this r day traders. This is probably the point where the public were scammed, how much stock did he sell to public through this Frictitious company via otc. Otc has limited information abt a company, the only information a trader has on the company is usually the information the company itself had released and u r then using environmental conditions to assess if u believe the said penny stock can become market dominant in future. Hearing they r agric tech with millions of subscribers seem to give confidence in that platform. Wen they have scammed several ppl suddenly they disappeared. This is something abt penny stock, the companies have habit to disappear and those with stocks will lose everything. The company used the money it made from this scam and restructure by buying another shell corporation but this one is a corporation already in nyse exchange. Again doing so u buy all their structures including their previous audited accounting which makes it easier to be listed in nyse.
