There is something like that called the Whisper Lodge. Emma at WhispersRed filmed a whole video where you can see her go through it on her channel. Some parts are really nice and some parts are... very weird. I appreciated it so much to watch it but some of the ASMRtists came off creepy and not soothing. The whole thing was a trip!

@@amdl270 Accupressure is different than acupuncture. It uses pressure points without needles. You would most likely find one through a massage clinic. Look at reviews online and you can find a good one. Maybe start with foot reflexology to ease back into your comfort zone?
