LPT: You can try using heat --carefully!-- on an itchy place. Run hot water over it or apply a heating pad or hot compress. The heat denatures the proteins that cause the itching. And the same nerves that feel pain also feel itching, so you can trick them into saying "hot!" and they forget about "itchy." Hotter is better, and try to keep it there for a few minutes -- depending how hot, you can go longer. But be very careful not to burn yourself! 💜 Repeat as needed.

Oh, tip for you all out there...if you’re struggling with itchy skin that’s not really consistent to one particular place, GO TO THE DOCTOR! Take it as a serious warning sign that something may be wrong. I ignored itchy skin and other symptoms for way too long and that’s how I was diagnosed with blood cancer. Love you lovely ASMR peeps 🧡
