I can’t watch a screen before I go to sleep sadly, so I can’t fall asleep with her videos. I watch them during the day or in the afternoon, so I have to take melatonin to go to sleep at night. I used to take pills but I don’t anymore, thankfully. Some nights I try to watch her videos before sleep, and they help a lot. But, I can’t be watching the screen a lot, so the nights I can watch her before bed, it’s like sleep asap lol
