I had a terrible night last night. I started off with terrible acid reflux and then my husband started snoring so bad that I had to go lie down in the living room. I turned on a video that you edited to be 3hours long and it put me right to sleep. When I listen to you before going to bed, I get emmediatly sleepy and have to go to bed. So thank you so much!!!

Your videos always manage to bring an automatic relaxation mode for me when I listen to them. The hair ones were ones i started with since my gram used to brush my hair all the time and then from there just been watching all the others since and brought the time it takes me to fall asleep down from 2 hrs to about half an hour to an hour nowadays
