I was actually looking for a comparison of the T3+ versus the Mele cause they're at similar pricepoints and both look stunning, really cool design. Waiting for my Aria :D been enjoying my BL-03 so far so it's good to know the T3+ are more bass-focused than the others cause i've been liking this warm sound but still fun, exciting listen keeping good mids and treble. Kinda scared that the T3+ won't be sparkly enough though for an exciting listen. Will be waiting for your even more in-depth input later on before i get new ones, thank you sir ! :) Really good vids, helps a lot in my IEM journey, keep it up!

Are mele's a huge upgrade over Blon bl03? Is it worth spending the xtra 20$ over bl03 to buy them? Please suggest.

I would pay $20 more for the Mele if for nothing else but the fact that the BL03 broke on me, and the cable wasn’t detachable - so I couldn’t replace the cable and see if that was the issue. I have issues with the BL03 quality control. But even then, I did find the Mele to be more enjoyable too, with sound quality. I find the Mele relaxing to listen to, without ever being fatiguing no matter the track. It isn’t the most detailed, but it seems like it has just a bit more going on than the BL03, from what I recall.

Oh I don’t know about owning both of those, personally. The Aria has more exciting mids at times, whereas the T3+ is more balanced at times and with more bass. While they do have different strengths, it isn’t enough for me to consider owning both. I would personally just own one or the other, depending on which I prefer to have the strengths of. I think the T3+ may be the safer bet, as it has less fatiguing spots on some tracks. The Aria can, though not too often in my opinion, have some shouty bits. It isn’t major, but it does happen sometimes. Or, I would just get the Timeless or the OH10 😜

Very pleasant to the ear, some of my other gear produces ear piercing sibilances in comparison. Midrange COULD be improved slightly here and there imo but these sound so nice out of the box with zero mods or EQ that I see no room for big impovement. TinHifi wasted no potential. Best tips out of the box seem to the ones with red inlays, havent tried aftermarket tips yet.

I always appreciate hearing it, as comments like these keep me going :) Sorry I do not have any experience with those headphones, so I can't speak of them properly. :( For trance and electronic in general, at the price point of 100-150...hmmm...I enjoy Timeless quite a bit, though they are $220 (or $200) depending on the deal at the time. Really anything mentioned in this video will do comparably well, apart from maybe the Mele. The Mele excels more in rock and guitar with male vocals. My really favorite stuff for electronic tends to be higher priced, but at this price you have several very decent options in this video. They'll all get the job done.

T3+ looks like the first Tin that I'm interesting in. But more importantly, we will finally get to hear about your BL-05S that's been hanging out without much fanfare through your videos. IMO the 05S has an unassuming character, but still a bit juicy and for the most part really easy to get along with. It's stayed in my collection, and I only might replace it with a HZ Sound Heart Mirror which has a near identical mid-through-high end but more linear flat, tight bass (and hopefully not as shallow of nozzles which can be an issue with the 05S). Heart Mirror also comes with a better cable/accessories than the 05S.

I own the original T3 and love it, though I find it sometimes needs to be EQ'd to suit certain music - it's not what I'd deem an ideal "all-arounder", though I'm beginning to think that's more wishful thinking than reality in the budget segment of IEMs. I'm contemplating some sets in the $300-$500 range for go-anywhere application, but having purchased the Hifiman Sundara for $300 it's hard to justify spending more than that on musical earplugs. I have the T3+ on order as an alternate-enhancement for the stock T3 for my library needing a more balanced output or enhanced bass. To that end, thank you for offering up a preview regarding the overall sound impressions relative to some other sets. Nice to hear the bass isn't as neutered in this particular Tin set compared to their previous offerings.

Mele or this for pop/soft rock music will be better?
@dansaudioreviews2 жыл бұрын
Mele does very well with rock. Especially when you have guitars with male vocals. People love the timbre of them. The Mele have a rich bad strong presence and male vocals that make their way through nicely and not recessed. But for me, I miss having a bit of the rest of the music that the set brings down. They have a unique character for mellowing out spots that can be harsh, making them a universal library player with no fatigue, but they don’t bring me the excitement I want on some tracks that play into the areas that are dialed down on the tuning. People love them, and I really dig what they’re doing, but they aren’t going to be the best for all rock and pop. It’ll really come down to the master/track production. Generally, yes, they do well on most rock, and they do well on pop.

The Aria’s sub bass comes off with more focus on it, as it sounds like it has less mid/upper bass than the T3+. I’m only guessing based on what my ear tells me though. I haven’t looked at any graphs. @@dansaudioreviews EXACTLY! That's the thing. I think my ears have been spoiled by the technical performance of the FH5 coupled with its amazing sound signature. So anything lesser than that just isn't up to standard for me even if they are "objectively" enjoyable IEMs with unproblematic tunings. The only 1DD that truly surprised me so far is the BL03. It's not perfect, but the price-to-performance ratio is WAY off the charts. I'm going to see if balanced brings something else out of the Hana... If it doesn't it might be time to sell the beauty

@@Justacapybara9000 oh yes, I've heard of the Go Blu alright. But almost all reviews cite the horrible Bluetooth range. And at that price range ($267 locally), that's a dealbreaker for me unfortunately

Yea. For me anyway, the ZAS was a bit too much bass in the balance. Didn’t strike the balance I liked.

I am gonna give a try on this Tinhifi 3+. Bought mele 2 weeks ago and a week after left earbud start decreasing volumen, a week after the right start to do the same. Maybe a got a defected one.

It's the filters clogging, I own them and need to replace filters somewhat often, yet they return to normal each time.

@@christianwagner9790 do you use Mele filter pack from tripowin or do you use some aftermarket filters?
@christianwagner97902 жыл бұрын
@@f3nrir_ I use both the Tripowin and some others from online ….different densities or weaves will give some tuning variations. For me it’s a sweat issue, I have let them dry and lightly brush after and that works. I keep thinking there must be a way to do the tuning before the sound leaves the chamber, then a more transparent, protective screen to keep the big stuff out.
@christianwagner97902 жыл бұрын
@@f3nrir_ I do use the Melee filters along with some others available online, currently experimenting with different densities and weaves to allow a bit more treble through.

@@dansaudioreviews how about the aria? Do they require same amount of power to drive on phone? I dont think i will ever invest on DAC/DAP Im still wondering which one to buy since i dont know whether i want more bass or not (my current iem is re400 with little to no bass xD) Thanks in advance

@@JovanKK I haven’t needed separate power for literally any IEM on my ranking list. That’s just me anyway. I listen to music loud, and I still didn’t have any issue with my gear playing off the iPhone. I can’t speak to android devices or other models though.

You mention your "A list". What is the most budget friendly IEM on your "A list?"
@dansaudioreviews2 жыл бұрын
Check the link in the description. I got them all listed for everyone to see 😊 Off-hand, I would say Mele and Aria are the two most budget friendly IEM’s close to A. Otherwise, Timeless at $200 is a SS for me (best if the best for my personal enjoyment). That’s pretty budget friendly. You’re not going to find much in the A range, if any, for that price.

The T3 Plus is by no means a bassheads favorite. After a few hours of burn in the bass settles and is in no way as dominant as before. Your title is misleading.

Well I guess it’s all relative. Coming from the other budget competitors, like Aria, Mele, etc., these sounded like they had more impact 🤷🏻♂️
