When you don’t benefit from the government you are not supposed to come out and say rubbish. Where I stay here in lagos we are not protesting. All the Yoruba and Igbo Agbero should go and protest alone. I am a Yoruba man I have my work and I don’t have time for any useless protest but I support the breakup of Nigeria peacefully. ❤❤❤❤❤

The height of sarcasm is not lost on me in this man's conversation. However, nwannem nwoke, this is the part of our language and culture that is deeply misunderstood! And why the constant insults are thrown our way. However, he has got a point about returning to the farms and there is a hint of Igbo wisdom, that the Journalist missed! Something most older Igbo's understand very well and that is, focus on yourself and not the politicians as they will continue to do what they do, irrespective of your existence. That is something the Igbo's understand intimately. And what he is alluding to, is manufacturing and production. However, I'm not sure, this was understood here.

We should all realise that the 1st guy that spoke is just being sarcastic. The Igbos are also hungry and angry, but they have been threatened, harassed and accused of several things including sponsoring the protest, so they decided not to participate so as not to be targeted
