About Marmoset Monkey :
The marmosets , also known as zaris or sagoin, are twenty-two New World monkey species of the genera Callithrix, Cebuella, Callibella and Mico. Not legal to keep in PA. I love watching these cuties--but wouldn't choose to own one even if they were allowed. Very happy just to have my kitties. Kudos to those who have the level of commitment and the funds needed to take care of these.

Yes, they are tiny and yes they are adorable. The problem is that not only are are they wild animals, they need their moms to teach them how to be monkeys. You can't replace their mom. They will become more and more aggressive toward you and yours, it will happen when they reach maturity. It won't be safe.

They are cute but to costly to care for. And if they do not wear a diaper they pee and poop where ever then your house and furniture will smell had. Your clothes as well.they need diaper trained when tiny babies.. some hits and scratches.. not ideal for a pet for me.. i guess these are for younger people.. they however are adorable.

I'm sure they are accessible ive seen them advertised via Google in the uk 🇬🇧 just like you do checke everything out.the ones I saw were neutered and looked adorable but I have other animals so I think I've got enough.however I read somewhere they were best kept in pairs.good luck 😉 😊😊😊❤❤

The babies are taken from their mama and family, most of the time at birth. Marmosets are social beings and live as a family.

Guess it is true that there are some pretty ignorant people in the world. You're one of them.🙄 Marmosets are not pets, they are wild animals and belong in the wild with their families as they are a social animals. Nature can so darn cruel sometimes. No matter what we think or how we feel, nature is what it is and shall remain the same as it has always been. In other words, marmosets belong in the wild, not in a cage for human's entertainment. With your thoughts regarding what happens to them in the wild, well, that is nature and the cycle of life, every animal is a meal for another. There are no stores nor cookware in jungles, how would you propose they eat?🤔
