This is so so so cute! 🥰 I'd love to see a build using build/buy you don't normally use. I'd also love to see a build where you make the smallest functional home you can but you have to include all the amenities people generally 'need' to live an average life. Like a shower and a tub, washer and dryer, a clothes line, vacuum cleaner, utility shed/small garage to keep tools, basic gardening supplies and that sort of stuff in, and lots of clutter for everyday things the average person needs like phones, keys, shoes, toiletries. You already include a lot of that sort of stuff, which is part of what I love about your builds! But I don't think I've ever seen anyone make a functional house that's as small as possible, but it doesn't have to be a tiny home or anything. Just a house where all the space is used intentionally, the way a real house is. I love super realistic builds as much as I love whimsical builds, but I have no idea how to use things like tool mod so I've never been able to build the perfect realistic house myself 😹

I love tiny homes! I’d like to see a series where you make a tiny home for each color of the rainbow- like a green home for a sim who loves gardening, red for a romance guru, etc!

Hi Tanya! I have become obsessed with your videos while I’ve been recovering from surgery. I’m not a builder, but you really inspire me to try! Right now my sims are living in your converted lighthouse build you did from about a year ago. ❤️ I would really love to see a small goat farm! I just downloaded all the packs I had missing with that huge sale that just happened and I really want to have a single sim raising goats on a little farm. I imagine she is socially awkward but really loves her goats/sheep and does a lot of crafting and maybe sells her crafts at a local market or something. Anyways, your work is always beautiful and thank you for giving me something to pass the time with while I’m stuck in bed recovering! ❤

I love the squish! Maybe a tiny home for someone with multiple pets? I have two dogs and two cats in an 800 sqf apartment (used to be 620…) with my husband and we manage somehow! Very chaotic but love filled.

This build is so cozy! My one and only gripe with tiny homes is that the sink always has to go next to the stove. I know it doesn’t matter in sims world but oof, it’s disastrous thinking about what could happen irl xD

This is so cute; I love how Horse Ranch goes with Cottage Living! I really need to get that pack at some point for this and the horses. The blue, green, and yellow look great together. I forgot we had that cow wall sculpture lol but it feels so fitting in the hallway. And yes, I love the chickens! They're so adorable. They glitched out last time I played with them but hopefully that's fixed. I think I needed a second coop even though it didn't tell me that. I had two hens and one rooster, hatched 1 chick, she grew up, hatched another, but he never aged up. Then I had 3 chicks hatch after that and they all vanished even though it said I had space for one more (unless I miscounted but I don't think so. I also didn't check the house inventory but I don't think they were in there.) None of my adult chickens passed away either even though it told me at one point that some of them were getting old which is why I started hatching more eggs. I enjoy the tiny houses but I just haven't been watching as many build videos from anyone the past several months. I'm also open to watching all kinds so it doesn't matter to me as long as it grabs my attention. As for suggestions, how about building anything on that one Sulani lot that's just a giant patch of sand? I always wanna build something there, community or residential, but it feels intimidating because I'm never certain what would feel realistic. And any world choice but what about a bar or a nightclub with a bowling alley? (It doesn't have its own lot type but apparently those work.) You could also replace or renovate the Harbor Quarter Gym in Windenburg; I want to like it but it's so awkward for efficiency. Honeydew Fields in Britechester would be better as a couple of townhouse rentals I think. Also, I found some of those Maxis gallery lots that I was talking about in another video as well as several others I still forgot about. There's Webbington Cobb's Hallow which could become an actual haunted house with some squish or maybe renovate it so it can go into StrangerVille up in that Victorian area on the bluffs, near the mayor and that one roomie family (you could also renovate their house btw. If I recall correctly it's really empty with nothing related to their interests.) There's Modern & Chic Terrace as either a small community pool or maybe tiny apartments, SUPER SQUISH. You could even make them a little bigger lol. The Point & Shoot camera-looking studio build, set as a retail lot, could use some Moschino in it! lol and the one named Asian Heaven (which I think came out during an update) could use either Snowy Escape or For Rent (or both.) There's also the Slider Built Backyard which is extremely boxy but could make an interesting party house, a good family home with the treehouse out back, or an off-campus lot for university students. Friends’ N Burg Garden which is a Generic lot type that could become almost anything after fixing up the roof-line a bit; maybe a small Recreation Center or a restaurant with a romantic garden on the grassy side, including the wishing well; that could be amazing. Ooooh maybe a thrift store beside a boba tea place or a retail shop reminiscent of the TS3 consignment shop or it could be like the tiniest ranch and the picnic tables are for events. OR another hidden Werewolf bar lol like have that faux old vehicle in the grass while the building is an open hang-out spot but there's a secret bunker basement underneath it for the woofies to hide in. Just shrunk down and in another town, like it's a franchise lol? There's Piece of Cake Bakery which has so much potential; I'd say keep it as an actual bakery and add in a faux apartment somewhere, like in the basement maybe (LOL or maybe turn this one into the werewolf hot-spot with a full moon panic basement instead! They're hungry constantly if they get the special bite too soooo good for business?) And last but not least Mimsy's Cottage Café! I adore it as is but it could always be given a new lease on life, especially with newer packs like the cafe kit. I love the vibes it has! It could also easily be converted into a bakery or a small restaurant. lol maybe three bakeries for three different occults. One is for werewolves, one is for vampires, and one is for the spellcasters. OHHH maybe the Hallow could be a haunted bakery in StrangerVille and the Modern & Chic Terrace could be for aliens and mermaids. Sorry that's way too many bakeries, I just thought it was funny. Okay sorry I'll stop now. I hope maybe at least one of these things sounds interesting! If not, that's okay. 😅😄

tiny houses looks so cozy and cute but they are impossible to play because sims glitch in every piece of furniture or in walls. Thats why i would love to see some medium sized family houses! I mean most of simstubers when decide to build something bigger it ends as high-end, polished, modern batchelor cave. There is no room for stuff for kids like place to make school projects, void critter station, puppet theathere etc. Even some mess clutter on floor to look like kids really live there. So maybe you consider makeing some medium sized family oriented houses?
