This is so insanely easy to follow! I didn't quite get the tail sewing instructions so i made something up that was... okay. And didn't exactly know how the fins went but I think I figured it out!

Just follow the tutorial. I did it. The tail look great. Follow the tutotial with hdc and DC like the pattern said and press together up and down. Just like hat crochet except the top hat is body dolphin. Pres together and you got great tail. I sewing the middle and pull the yarn so the tail divided like mermaid tail. 🙏🙏💜

I understand the stitches, increases, etc. However the colour changes are a mystery. In row 2, increase from 6 to 9 stitches but you only talk about 6 stitches in terms of colour changes, 2 blue, 2 white, 2 blue. I don't understand

This is a terrible pattern, I tried 3 times with and without the white and it is impossible. The tail is ridiculous and making the fins is even more ridiculous, 3sc in a MC?!?!?!. Only do this pattern if you want to be frustrated and waste time trying to figure it out.

it's a bit late but they're meant for when you're supposed to switch colours. 2 blue 2 white 2 blue for example means 2 blue stitches, switch to white for another 2 stitches, and then switch back to blue for 2 more stitches, and so on

It's very small, about 3 inches, depending on the size of the silk.

You can use a bigger hook ,and thicker yarn ,and that will make it bigger hth 😊 Very cute dolphin ,so realistic looking.
