Not in order of importance/relevance: (1) Love the things you stole from your parents. The sign of a great artist -- keep stealing. (2) Great chorus on the first song. Choruses are usually the hardest to write. If you can write choruses, you can freaking write. (3) Lyrics are really extraordinary on all the tunes. Your voice is obviously good enough to sell most things, but the lyrics are funny, intelligent, raw. As for the last part, I think it was McCartney who once said he never wrote a great song when he was happy. Taylor Swift may have taken that advice a bit too far, but you seem to have already recognized the issue. Don't take that as overall life-approach advice. (4) Personally, I like the word salad feel in the first song, and the more major key melody in that one as well, for your writing so far. But, all three songs show your range. (5) Really really good. Now get even better. Tip from American History, and our 30th President: Nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. If that is depressing, write your next song about it.
