He actually does really well when putting the clothes on. Takes a few weird steps, but never pulls on anything. Taking them off, on the other hand, is super funny. He already starts running while I'm trying to get all the velcro lose. And as soon as all the stuff comes off, he starts rubbing his sides against the walls and floor. Must be itching!

I guess for real powdery snow that doesn't melt, yes. But we got the wet snow stuff, and Djinn can't get wet (and cold). So the booties help to keep his paws dry
