TINY GARAGE HOME for Aspiring Designer || Sims 4 || CC SPEED BUILD

Hi guys :) after quite a few big builds, I went for something small and cozy ... I had in mind a young single lady that has just started her job as a young designer and has her studio at home. I also thought it would be a nice change to make a tiny home above a garage. I imaged a landloard that had a garage and renovated the first floor into a small apartment :) So here it is, I hope you will enjoy it ! xx
