God’s blessings to all those out there who are not afraid to glorify God’s name and give Him thanks. It always makes my heart smile when I hear folks pray no matter who’s watching or what the situation is. Nice to know there are many of us believers out there. I love your little camper. The two are so different that I don’t think it would be fair to declare one a winner over the other. I think ya both are winners in my book for having the motivation and skills to actually do it. So kudos to both of you great job 😊

Okay, there's different amenities in both glampers. I love your tailgate, and full size bed. I'll take a wild guess the overall weight of your glamper is lighter. The other glamper is definitely better insulated, and can handle hot and cold temperatures better. It's got a fireplace which is awesome. I have to give to the other guy's for resilience to weather conditions, better building materials, and I think their lighting is better.

Not to mention storage, and this one could certainly use a painjob. Bonus points for the air fryer, TV and console (though points lost for no real fridge) but to be fair those things can all easily just be used in the other one with zero changes needed to it's design anyway.

I love the camper- but I think insulation was a missed important thing. And you should of had the roofers throw a few shingles on the Top, or you should have white or black tarred it or something? Water proof is very necessary. I just say these things because I live in a camper with my granddaughter full time. So it's just my concerning thoughts! I wish I could afford the whole power system thing- it is awesome. We live on my SSDI so that is really expensive for us. But hey great job- I am about to check out your competition- if they don't show the whole build, then in my eyes you probably top it. But we will see! Lol congratulations- love the glamper!

He had the very things you needed and you had the very glamping ideas he needed. For example: You = TV, microwave, air fryer, hot plate etc. oh and a comfy bed. MSR: tables, wood stove, insulation, and overall aesthetics. Now come to think of it, you had the very essence of what glamping means (you know, stuff most ppl wouldn’t bring to camp). Basically he just had things to maintain a comfortable temperature and a fridge. So I’m going to say that YOU WIN! 🎉. Now, let’s see you guys put both camper ideas into one!

Hmm. I can't actually say, so it would have to be a tie? This one ; PROS - Love the look and burned finish. Love the shape. Love the amenities for 'glamping'. Love the rear large awning. Love the slatted round sides. CONS - Back kitchen (could totally lazy suzan that whole kitchen shelf to be accessible from either side, run cords up/down center pivot). Over- foot shelf (could just add the extra foot to length so you don't kick it or feel trapped if you toss or bend your knees) Poor back hatch lighting (easy fix with usb rope lights) No windows No screens or vents for fresh air without bugs No drip/ rain guards for weather at doors Better latches (you already mentioned. Even old west wooden drop-bar latches from both sides, etc) (You already mentioned the poor trailer and height issues) Overall, great camper 8/10!

Personally I think you both won. Yours was more involved with utilizing your woodworking skill set and attention to details, whereas Kevin's was more involved with recycling, reusing and integrating various elements into one cohesive and harmoniously eclectic structure. You both have mad skills in different areas, but to compare your finished masterpieces would be like comparing the Pyramids of Egypt to the Eiffel Tower in France. There is no comparison. They are both remarkably impressive works on their own. Congratulations 😁

You have done what I have wanted to do: build an aerodynamic sleeper for one. Only my car is a Prius short version, which by the way is the same color as your car, and very close in size. It cannot tow more 5han 1200 lbs though, according to Toyota. Many do tow more. But your design work and detailing really rock! I would never be up for all that you did to make it skill wise, even if I had no time constraints like you did. Maybe I should hire you! But your trailer probably weighs 1200 lbs before you added the top!

For the rebuild, I suggest a light on the hatch. Also the light for the lower shelf (like you already suggested). Would it be worth it, to have a forward hatch as well? Or, do you think there would be too much risk of leaking. No solar panels to recharge the power-cell? Maybe a mini-oven. It looks like you might have room. You can add a flip out panel on the forward wall, to give you a seat back. I assume you plan to finish the wood. Oil? Paint? What about heat in colder weather I am seeing an 'apples and oranges' comparison here. MSR's is by far, more weather tight and comfortable. Definitely something I could do (maybe). He definitely seems to have a better trailer base, where you might have to find another better trailer. I do see a lot of potential for noise as things bounce around in his. Your trailer looks more aerodynamic and can probably handle higher speeds. However, at this point it has not been weatherized and you haven't accounted for a heat source in colder weather. As it stands, both need finishing touches. MSR's trailer seems to be four season, yours could be. You already spent the night in it, and is already stocked. His has a heat source, insulation, but is not fully wired or stocked. He may have taken precautions, but I still worry the potential for some of those roof slats blowing off. All things considered, I call it a draw. Looking forward to an update video.

You are going to want to put some screen windows in there to aid airflow especially for humid nights, I probably don't have to tell you that though. Also any plans to insulate it for fall or winter use? Just curious.

Your not thinking "glamping" enough. You need a folding table top that mounts to either the side or ceiling something that after your done with you can fold it out of the way. And maybe a folding table that pops out of the back for more space.... I love the video and the build!!!

Hey Zack! Huge fan here. Little tidbit sir. Take it or leave it. Nathan Herroschoff an obscure boat designer. Once said, "you can paint a boat any color you want, but only a fool would paint his boat black" Not sure if you can gleen anything from him but. This camper is gonna cook all day. And hold heat most of the night. I get it you want the black from your brand colors. But what if you painted the top white, front and back and painted the sides black and orange. I don't think it would take too much from your brand. Anywho we will be watching sir. Love the channel.

Zach, your “Glamper” is more artistic, showcasing your woodcraft skills. It’s also more like your man cave comfort pod on wheels. Kevin’s I think is more multi-seasonally multi-functional.

Lots of mention for windows but I say add a skylight! You get light and can see the stars. For a table you could add a little slide out from under your tv stand that wouldn’t take much space.

Hands down @modernself is the winner. A lot more thought into the design and functionality of the glamper. @modernself even the materials used to build were very insulated and strong. A wood burning stove for the winter. Windows for ventilation. Dimmer lights inside of glamper. Cooking station on the outside. Refrigerator and power-packed on the inside of the glamper. Work station and table for eating your meals indoors. No issues of leakage with a roof that was built with the same materials as the walls.
