Copied your shower set up, only mine is as you enter the bus. Which helps for muddy feet or dirty bodies before you enter bus. But the center set up is AMAZING? Thanx much for the idea.

I love it. I had some old hippie friends that lived in a bus (in the 70's) and your bus reminds me of them. I've wanted to live in a bus since but I let life and career moves take a front seat. I love the eclectic decor especially the copper sink,the shower tiles and the kitchen tiles. The roof top map the jar storage and basically the entire set up lol. I once seen a skoolie tour where they had tables that would store as the back of the couch and just pull up and over when in use. That way it gave more space as you didnt need a seperate table space. That and the steel sheets that you can place on top of wood so you can easily clean pretty much anything.

I sold Kombucha in India, so we brew it in big buckets outside in our outdoor camp, temperatures night 19 degrees, day 30 and it worked out very good every bucket! When I tried last summer indoor it did not worked at all, so maybe putting it outside will do the job!

You can filter the water for a dump. Get a metal large container and do a layer of ash from the fire then peat moss and rocks. This filters out and you can water with gray then.

For the fermentation, try to set up a deep freezer with a relay to control the temp. Basically, the relay part would be looking at the temps. And then it would cut power or not the freezer. Would need an inverter as deep freezer probably AC. A DC freezer could work too. Anyway, the idea is to make a “root cellar” in your bus.

Great video. When I was a kid, my dad had an accident where he lost his three middle fingers on his right hand. For rehab, he bought a huge empty chevy bread truck type van and made it into a camper that we used for a very long time. So much of what you've done, reminds me of those days. I'd like to see what all you have to do in order to pick up and travel in your house-bus. How long does it take for you to just go?

I couldn't live without an oven either. Keep an eye on Craigslist and scrap yards for people scrapping campers, you may find a fabulous old cooker. My eldest daughter was just as vocal as Azalea, she ended up as an Army Officer, they love that personality type! My husband complains every time he tries to speak, the dog barks. It's true and very funny, she won't stop until he feeds her. I think the chooks are demanding food from Justin.
