I'm looking for something that's one level I'm too old to be climbing stairs have bad knees and for a good price a lot of these tiny homes are starting to get a little over pricey!

Plenty of space for me and my pup. I would make a couple of changes, like a composting toilet and gray water tank... otherwise very nice design.!

I would put abig double sided icebox with ice maker plenty of storage space any one can add shelves I wold have to put a bathtub in side that shower I like more wood cabinets instead of white to overbearing I would put a kitchen table where you said couch and I would use the small loft for my full living room and put my television 📺 up there and a low couch and my gas electric fireplace I own and I would use the big loft for my bedroom and put my bedroom furniture in it because this is a very small space for me personally for a tiny house but that’s just me❤😂😊😮😊

That's a great idea! A double sided icebox with an ice maker and plenty of storage is a great way to maximize space in a tiny home. You could also look into using storage and furniture that can double as seating to save space. For example, benches or ottomans with hidden storage, or a bed that can fold up against the wall. As for putting a bathtub inside the shower, you could look into getting a shower/tub combo. For the kitchen table, you could look into getting a foldable table that can be put away when not in use. For the big loft, you could look into ways to make the most out of the space. For example, consider a Murphy bed that can fold up against the wall. You'd have to be smoking crack to pay $100,000 + for one of these.. You could have something like this, or better, built for $50,000-$60,000 on your own.. What a rip off 😂

I would need a bedroom that I could stand up in so maybe not a loft style for myself, but I think it's adorable. I need one that's handicap accessible and cat friendly. Lol

I think that Mint didn't do a very good job with this design. You could either fit in a breakfast bar or a very uncomfortable couch with a narrow seat depth. So the most number of people you can seat is two. Yet the house can sleep up to six people. )I guess one person could sit on the stairs.) And even two people wouldn't be all that comfortable in such a small seating area. I just don't like the design of this home.

This is not Mint's best design. If you put in an eating bar, there's nowhere to put a couch. There's hardly enough room for a couch in that space anyways. You'd probably have to settle for a bench. As you say, a solution is to use the downstairs bedroom as a living room. But I would rather have a downstairs bedroom. Mint has such better designs than this one.
