It would be beneficial to have the loft with cathedral ceiling to be able to stand up and walk around without crawling around or crouching down. It would still be a tiny home with this improvement.

I believe the height can only be so tall in order for it to be considered a Park Model home, (RV/TRAVEL TRAILER).

@@flowersfam3462 with that said, there are tiny homes out there where they managed to allow walking into the loft room. Either on one side of the bed or 2 sides (in L shape). And no, they’re not goose neck. Check out Indigo River Tiny Homes or Minimaliste Tiny Homes. 👋

There are also regulations concerning how many square feet a tiny home can be. If you make the loft stand up height it adds to the square feet and is no longer a tiny home. Yeah, always stupid rules.

What good is a large loft if you still have to hunch over and crawl around it? This is one feature in tiny homes that turn me off to them.

While I like the overall design, I find the barn doors for the bedroom impractical. Especially, if you have two people trying to get dressed in the morning. You're constantly closing one or the other off. That being said, the pocket doors work great for the bedroom and bathroom.

Not a fan of the ladder type staircase. Looks smaller than some of others. The loft is huge and I do love that.....not much room for table, miss the built in bar.

I would ask about extra insulation under the home. That seems to be a common complaint for most park models.

If your under threat of a flood warning you could shift entire home to a safer location? Or you could utilise the tie down method? Any home would be at risk of cyclone, flood, fire. That's why BIG isn't always Best, for mobility. As for the cold entering under floors you could pay for extra insulation & placing a proper skirt should help eliminate this?

I have been thinking about getting a tiny house but i don't know yet where i want to go my son wants me close to him in Georgia and my daughter wants to go up North in North Carolina if she goes there i would have to go with her i would need a double sink a gas stove would have to go fore i will not use gas nd i would want a vent over the stove and the carpet would have to go it would be nice to have couple draws in the steps going upstairs you did not say any thing about the price other people do.

52" I believe - you can't stand up in any of these lofts because total height restrictions. Gotta still count as RV.
