I love the idea of the TV area attached to the kitchen. The only thing is a W/D. It has a dishwasher which is a plus for us seniors. I do like the loft area room, but would for go it for a w/d. I also like a side by side fridge. As we age bending over is hard so side by side is easier look into.

Joey, I have asked the question in previous videos if you make park model homes that are ♿ acessible, and you answered back that your homes have 36" pocket doors. Thanks for the reply. What I mean by ♿ acessible, is having access to guide your wheel chair under sinks including the kitchen sinks too. You say you are 6' 4" tall; I am 6' 6" tall! So how do I get my legs & wheelchair close enough to get to the sink. Not to sound obnoxious, but until you are actually in a situation where you're in a wheelchair you (most people) don't realize how difficult it is to be able to get around in a "normal" living enviroment. I know I never knew what it would be like to bein a ♿ Until I had to be in one myself 🤪.ADA complient means soooo much more. Thanks for your help and kindness 😁

The only thing I can think of is that they shorten the two doors under the sink make them not as deep so that there is an overhang and you can get your wheelchair and your legs underneath it and then you'll be able to work within the sink area

It would be nice to simply state the price as featured on this video, I noticed people in the comments asked the price and only a website link was posted and once you got to the site the price is still not listed. It’s exhausting and can cause you to lose clients. Simply put the price of your homes on your website instead of making people go through extra unnecessary steps.

Fantastic layout and it is gorgeous inside & out but those walls are killing me! I would prefer a 2nd door in the bedroom to have the washer/dryer but I know some don't like it for security. I would use the loft for the bedroom and the bedroom for an office/craft room

The only thing that I have against this one is that you do not have a washer and dryer space.. It would be best if you never took that 2nd door out to put the washer and dryer in there because a person has to have a second outlet in order to get out in case of fire.. You need to make a washer and dryer space where the pantry is. The cabinets in the kitchen has enough space to put pots, pans and dishes there and could also he used for food. Can we stand up in that loft? You didn't say how tall it is upstairs. Now you need to mention price. How much does this one cost?

Anne, I also want change but I'm viewing this as an opportunity to loose the shackles of the current housing model. To transgress to a cheaper and more economical living model. I'm trying to do it as in live like this with my wife and 3 kids here in Sweden. A different model of tiny mobile more of a Scandinavian cottage but small. We'll see. Maybe check back in one year.
