Dude. STOP! You need to go and watch some of Domegaia videos BEFORE you get hurt or hurt someone else. Take down what you have and put in a proper foundation and mortar and bond the cinder blocks to the foundation. Use appropriate tools to correctly align the dome. Use your blocks but cut them to a consistent size and shape. Best wishes but you are on the wrong path at the moment.
