Yes I could live in this. The most practical thing was the long blind chord to open & close the curtain over the upper window! Also I would of preferred the fridge next to the cook top on a raised bench to avoid bending. It's a very good blend of a Tiny house on wheels & a Permanent home.

I like this one but a tiny bit bigger in livingroom, need bathtub, covered front entrance with wraparound deck (side storage compartment lockable, bikes golf clubs, etc), spare bed in livingroom (sectional), patio on roof scaffolding stairs on outside, love the design, kingbed upstairs, just a few modifications, fireplace, ceiling fan, pushout garbage cubby, large wash machine full size, freezer fridge, big screen TV so all rooms can watch 💝

And to be able to use the porch with a bench, porch swings or chairs and a table I would use the side door as main entrance. For this reason I'd enlarge the stairs on the other side of the house and maybe (depending on the garden/ground) close the "fence" in the front.

Stair risers seem to be very high. Assuming the floor to floor height is 2.40m divided by 6 steps = 0.40m (16 inches). If the stair is intended to be a ladder, then the thread run of 280mm each seems to be strange also. Very spacious bathroom though.

Needs to be a pull out door- extra feature to bathroom-not sanitary to have a bathroom just off cooking area- adding even a pocket door in addition to bi-fold door would help this issue! Other than that, it is perfect!

This should be the absolute least you can get in housing ? Homeless people should have their rent subsidized by the government. The governments are already paying exorbitant fees for their accommodations. But it's temporary, for considerably less this could be their toehold, on their climb out of their situation?
