🌍 🙏🏾 no The original design called for a living room wall with no windows. The head mason wanted it to be open. But I let them know to seal it. lol then the client said they might want one window towards the back. But they decided and we decided that it wouldn’t be the best place for it. So we ended up closing the windows again.

🌍 🙏🏾 great question This project has been amazing. The special nature of the roof (cement) allows for several building advantages. Also it’s small size allows for a price point less then 20k. For that price in 3 months you can be living in your home.
