How wonderful to see her playing...it’s as if she has no idea that she has a problem with her eyes...animals are incredible creatures ..if this were a human they would most likely be complaining and feeling sorry for themselves ....humans are much more complicated..this kitty is just happy to have food and a warm bed to sleep in...I really would love to see an update on this precious baby kitten ...I hope she was able to have surgery and I hope she is living her best life.....god bless her little soul and those that helped her.

surgery happened a year ago, kitty is blind, but you wouldn't even tell, cat is happy and healthy and the foster mom and cat are loving each other and living in happiness:))

Those bulging eyes are most likely due to an untreated upper respiratory infection (URI). It is very painful. If your cat starts sneezing or has a runny nose, take him to the vet immediately. It is contagious, and if a stray or feral cat with no access to a vet gets the infection, not only will it continue to spread, but the cat can wind up losing one or both eyes. Tie Tie will be blind the rest of her life. She wouldn't be if the URI had been treated much earlier.

If treatment has been done earlier I don't think any of these animals receive treatment ...They never do an update on this channel!!??... they claim to have before and after pictures but yet the after pictures are like two hours later after they gave the kittens a bath do not actually showing them getting any sort of treatment or updates weeks or months later to show any sort of progress... it seem like they're just stealing other peoples videos and claiming them as their own. Hello ericaandsarahsmom can you explain more about how this illness works, how can a respiratory infection cause an eye problem, how does this develop to look so horrifying? A girl in comments above stated she admires foster mom, she wouldn't be able to foster this kitten because she looks horrifying. Not the most empathethic approach, but I can understand someone feels like that. Looking at this made me feel pain and love:) I have never even heard about the cat runny nose being connected to eyes, altough I did hear that when cat has a runny nose or sneezes like a flu person it's super dangerous.
