@@lalajun5902 Yeah they change their definition on a whim based on how it suits them. When Shibayan kept taking those videos down they sucked his dick and said that they're remixes. But now they're saying that they made original songs by "sampling". Even if this kind of bloody plagiarism can be passed as "sampling", they STILL need to have express permission to do it. To my knowledge, they don't have permission to use the Kenshiro "omae wa mou shindeiru" voice clip, and I haven't heard 3L give her permission to use and distribute her singing. ZUN, as the original copyright holder, has the right to take this down. He probably won't bother but he can. That also goes for the company that owns the Kenshiro voice line, and the company that owns Non Non Biyori (character Renge is used in album cover art). So many copyrights being infringed at once, it's kind of amazing honestly

What is also sad is that the female Japanese vocalist who goes by the name 3L and is also known as Sayuri Anpo, whom you hear as the vocals for Shibayan Records' Tiny Little Adiantum, has no idea her voice and vocals have been licensed and commercialized outside Japan without her knowledge, legal permission, and legal clearance. People don't realize Shibayan Records has worked with many female vocalists/singers in Japan, some of whom have gone on to become famous like Nagi Yanagi who goes by the name Yana when working with Touhou music groups and other indie music groups in Japan.

3L("her mahal ko mahal kita" from Candle Magic was awesome) is a great vocalist I mean her voice was what made me listen to more Touhou music not just her but also Yana(idol!) and I think I wouldn't be inspired to play the piano and try to make my own arrangements of music from Touhou Project wouldn't it have been from Shibayan I respect this circle since I was 9 yrs old, they were my role model when it comes to doujin music, even up to this day. For example: Lil Boom's song "Rem is My Wife" samples from "Kokoro Float (feat. nicamoq) by Yunomi", "Lil Boom & Ugly God - Erased" samples from "RSP - Yasashii uta", "Lil Boom -Ascended" samples from the "Overworld Background Music", that can be found on Track #53 of Disc Two of the "Super Mario World Original Soundtrack" first released back in February 25, 1991, "Lil Boom - Yoshi's Island" samples from the "Map Background Music" that can be found on Track #20 of Disc One of the "Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island Original Soundtrack" that was first released back in November 25, 1995, etc. Lil Boom actually dared to use video game soundtracks from Nintendo of all people, despite the aggressive reputation of Nintendo's lawyers. At this point, there is no good excuse Lil Boom can make other than the fact that if he had dared to sample from American musicians in a similar manner to how he sampled from Japanese artists, he would have been hit with multiple lawsuits by now.

Shibayan made an arrangement of the song, which barely sounds like the original but is an arrangement nonetheless, then lil boom adds the fist of the north star sound clip and the basic drum beat of modern music and he gets 25 mill views on youtube, and from what ive seen, he tried to sell it as his own original work?? Touhou sadly didnt get much recognition out of the parrot dancing meme, or lil boom but in japan Touhou gets a lot more popularity so I am sure ZUN doesn't mind too much. Deadman's remix of this song is not good, this is the original, Deadman didn't even make a great thing out of this, it's just a loop which I don't like, also he even copyrighted the video twice and Shibayan records. Which is the original couldn't upload the video bc of copyright strikes. Search up the entire stories. Sorry for this whole essaying, I really don't like Deadman for what he has done.

The worst mistake was not crediting Shibayan from the start just because they never thought it'll blew up that much. Selling it to Unitedmasters was a big landmine too. ZUN isn't even credited in his desc. only Shibayan wtfuck.

The sad thing is both Deadman and Lil Boom are so bad at Japanese or don't know Japanese at all that they think the female Japanese vocalist, 3L, is just an instrument because you can't call something an instrumental if it has vocals in it yet they still add instrumental in the title of their remixes which is completely nonsensical.
